There used to be a guy on late night TV named Ron Popeil whose Showtime Rotisserie & BBQ sold over 8 million units in the US alone.
He had a famous line when he was loading those delightfully seasoned chickens into the rotisserie.
He said….”you just set it – and forget it”.
That may work when you are roasting up a tasty bird, but it’s pretty bad advice in the real estate world.
Easily the biggest marketing mistake that agents make in real estate is… just set it and forget it.
If you are doing the marketing yourself or having someone do it for you, it is imperative that you monitor the results and make adjustments along the way.
Otherwise you will get mediocre leads that are either not motivated or are a waste of time and money.
